Version 1.0 — Effective May 2026
Account data (name, email, organization), authentication tokens, session cookies, and the engineering data you enter into the Application (tank configurations, strapping charts, API 2350 parameters, generated worksheets, and the audit trail of setpoint changes).
To authenticate you, run the Application, save and load your work, maintain the audit trail of safety-critical setpoint changes, and provide administrative oversight (approve access, respond to support requests). We do not sell or rent your data.
Account and tank data are stored in Supabase (Postgres) under row-level security. Service-role keys are restricted to server-side code. Cookies use SameSite=Lax and are scoped to the .khousellc.com domain for cross-sub-app SSO.
Changes to API 2350 Levels of Concern are recorded with user, timestamp, previous and new values, and the user-supplied reason (e.g., MOC number). The audit trail cannot be edited from within the Application.
You may request account deletion via the KHouse account dashboard or by emailing scott@bluewatervision.net. Tank and project data tied to your account will be removed; aggregated audit-trail entries may be retained where required by law.
Questions: scott@bluewatervision.net or via the KHouse Holdings LLC contact page.
