Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — Effective May 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tank Gauging & Overfill Protection (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application. The Application is provided by KHouse Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Safety-Critical Computational Worksheet

The Application produces computational worksheets only. It does not change tank state, push setpoints to instrumentation, or replace any layer of overfill protection required by API 2350, OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, or local jurisdictional codes.

The owner/operator is solely responsible for setting and approving all alarm setpoints, Levels of Concern, and response- time parameters per their site Management of Change procedure. The Application supports but does not substitute for that responsibility.

All outputs are derived from user-supplied strapping (calibration) data, response-time inputs, and tank metadata. Errors in any of these inputs propagate to the worksheet output. The user is responsible for verifying calibration data against source API MPMS Ch. 2.2A documents and for independently reviewing every worksheet before it is filed, signed, or relied upon.

3. Not Professional Engineering

The Application is not a substitute for professional engineering review. Outputs are not engineering certifications or sealed calculations. All designs, equipment selections, alarm setpoints, and operational decisions based on Application output must be independently verified by a qualified professional engineer licensed in the applicable jurisdiction.

4. Account & Access

Access requires registration and administrator approval. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHouse Holdings LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Application, including damages arising from any tank overfill, spill, fire, environmental release, or property damage.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated. When the version changes, you will be prompted to re-accept on next sign-in.
